As of November 2025 members of Gresham International have engaged legal proceedings and litigation against Mr. Jonathan Dunsmoor. \
\
For clarity, he is not licensed to practice law despite holding himself out as a lawyer and still operating a 'law firm' website. He is held out as a lawyer on pages such as the South Carolina Emerging Tech association and uses the title 'Esq' on his Twitter (x) account. \
\
He often publishes fake/misleading information on his social media pages to give a different story about how litigation is proceeding. You should visit court dockets to find the latest information on cases. \
\
To date, Jonathan Dunsmoor has been reprimanded in the following: \
\
\- A written warning and referral from the California Bar Association concerning the unlicensed practice of law in California. \
\
\- A written warning and referral from the Attorney General in South Carolina concerning his behavior and the unlicensed practice of law. \
\
\- A public reprimand from the Pensilvania Bar Association for the unlicensed practice of law. \
\
\- Suspended from the practice of law in the State of New York for lying/omitting his criminal background on his bar application.&#x20;
